• z czosnkiem - with garlic
• z ziarnami - with seeds (in instrumental case)

• Mark, co chcesz? — "Mark, what do you want?"
• To chcesz? — "Do you want this?"
• Czy to chcesz? — "Is this what you want?"
• Co chcesz? — "What do you want?"
• Chleb z czosnkiem? — "Bread with garlic?"
• Czy z ziarnami? — "Or with seeds?"

Mark: "Kasia, co chcesz na śniadanie?" 
Kasia, what do you want for breakfast?

Kasia: "Nie jestem pewna. Co mamy?" 
I'm not sure. What do we have?

Mark: "Mamy jajka i chleb. Co chcesz?" 
We have eggs and bread. What do you want?
